Do this for 21 days, your subconscious mind will take you ahead of 99% of people | Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

The
practice or habit that can control both the mind and the body?

If it could be controlled so easily, everyone would be successful. Controlling the mind is very difficult.

As soon as you come home from school, you throw your bag, clothes, and shoes around. These small actions affect the quality of our lives. We unknowingly keep doing them. When we watch movies, we get so immersed in them that we forget about ourselves and connect everything with the scenes in the movie.

Our mind works in such a way that if we repeat a task regularly for a certain period of time, it forms a habit. Ayurveda also believes that 21 days is a magical time—if you do something continuously for 21 days, it becomes a part of your mind, reaching 100%.

For example, a child might not feel like studying. But if you make them study for 30 minutes every day for 30 days, you'll see the change. It works. I have used this technique and I'm sure many of you have tried it and benefited from it. If you don't have a habit yet, try following something for 21 days, and your subconscious mind will focus on it. For example, if you want to wake up early, just do it for 21 days and it will become a habit.

I realized this when I saw a boy who was once very lazy. He had no motivation, and his life seemed meaningless. He thought death was better than life. One day, he went to the top of a mountain with the intention of ending his life. But as he sat there, three elderly sages passed by. They were so energetic and full of life, despite their age, that the boy became curious. They spoke to him and immediately understood his inner turmoil. They asked him to follow them and learn something valuable.

At the top of the mountain, they explained to him that the real energy comes from within. They gave him a special herb, but not for the reasons he thought. They said that the herb would only work if he followed three important conditions. He had to follow these conditions, and only then could he receive the strength of the herb. It wasn’t the herb that was important; it was the mindset that came with it.

The boy, following their guidance, began to focus on his goals. He worked hard every day, and at night, he asked himself if he had achieved his goal for the day. This process was difficult at first, but gradually, his efforts paid off. He felt stronger and more focused, and he realized that the real strength had always been within him. The herb was merely a tool to bring this realization to the forefront.

What he learned was that when your mind is focused on your goal, no external motivation or magical herb is needed. Your goal and the effort to achieve it is what gives you the strength. When you put your mind to something and focus, you can achieve anything.

This transformation shows that to change any habit or behavior, you need to control your mind. When you have control over your mind, you will achieve your goals and transform your life. If you commit to something with full dedication and consistency, the power will come from within you. The key is to focus, not just on the external, but on your inner strength and willpower.

To truly succeed, you need to understand that your mind is powerful. If you can control your mind and direct it towards your goals, you can achieve great things. Your mind is the source of your strength, and once you understand this, you can master anything.

This is a motivational reflection on the importance of the mind, habits, and focus in transforming one's life. The key takeaway is that success begins from within, and consistent effort and self-control are essential to achieving goals.

Steps to Control Your Mind and Transform Your Life:

  1. Understanding the Power of Habits:

    • Habits shape our lives in both positive and negative ways. Small, consistent actions can lead to great transformations over time.
    • Key Concept: When you repeat an action for 21 days, it becomes ingrained in your subconscious mind. This is the starting point for building any new habit.
  2. Setting a Clear Goal (Lakshya):

    • To control your mind, you first need a goal. Whether it's waking up early, reading more, or working on a skill, having a specific aim gives direction.
    • Action Step: Set a clear, achievable goal. Focus on this goal for a period of time, at least 21 days, to establish it as a habit.
  3. Small Actions, Big Results:

    • The key to transformation is the small, consistent steps you take every day. Over time, these add up to significant change.
    • Action Step: Make small, daily efforts toward your goal. Even if it seems insignificant at first, consistency is key.
  4. The Power of Focus:

    • When you're able to focus your mind on a single task, it unlocks incredible power. Distractions reduce the effectiveness of your efforts.
    • Action Step: Practice focusing on one task at a time. Eliminate distractions and give your full attention to the task at hand.
  5. Dealing with Negative Thoughts and Habits:

    • Negative habits or thoughts can control your actions if you let them. Overcoming these requires discipline and self-awareness.
    • Action Step: Identify negative thoughts or habits, and consciously replace them with positive ones. If you’re struggling, don’t give up—try again the next day.
  6. Belief in Yourself:

    • Self-belief is the foundation of success. It starts with trusting that you can change, and having faith that your efforts will pay off.
    • Action Step: Regularly remind yourself that you have the ability to change. Visualize your success and keep moving forward.
  7. Patience and Persistence:

    • Change takes time. Don’t expect instant results, but trust the process. Persistence is often the difference between failure and success.
    • Action Step: Stay patient and persistent. Even if things don't seem to improve immediately, continue your efforts with dedication.
  8. Mastering the Subconscious Mind:

    • The subconscious mind influences our actions and decisions. By feeding it positive thoughts and images, you can reshape your life.
    • Action Step: Practice positive affirmations and visualization to influence your subconscious mind in a positive direction.
  9. Creating a Routine:

    • A structured routine helps you stay consistent. When your actions are organized, you can achieve much more.
    • Action Step: Build a daily routine that aligns with your goals. Ensure that each day contributes toward your long-term objective.
  10. Taking Responsibility for Your Life:

  • The final step is accepting full responsibility for your actions and their consequences. By doing this, you empower yourself to create the life you want.
  • Action Step: Own your decisions, learn from failures, and keep moving forward. Take full responsibility for your growth and progress.
